Senior Web Graphics Designer – Greece

The Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Web Graphics Designer to help shape the visual identity of our brand across digital platforms and support our marketing efforts with high-impact design solutions. The role involves overseeing the full process of interpreting and defining design requirements, as well as conceptualizing and developing visuals to promote the company's products and services.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Create and maintain a cohesive design system, updating the brand book to reflect the Group’s vision and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Design a wide range of promotional materials for marketing campaigns, including web banners, landing pages, social media graphics, infographics, and educational content.
• Collaborate on updating the company website with new pages, sections, and icon sets, as well as designing digital features for the public website.
• Translate design requirements into mock-ups and present ideas effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ensure final designs are visually engaging, align with the brand, and meet media-specific requirements, copyright regulations, and internal standards.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to create promotional content for both digital and print, while liaising with external vendors for printing and production.
• Keep up with the latest technological advances, tools, and software developments in the field of web and graphic design to ensure the company stays ahead.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Portfolio of relevant work (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration)
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English
