Junior Data Analyst

• Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data from Bosch’s HR systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in the current processes.
• Technical Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed documentation of functional specifications, ensuring that stakeholders’ requirements are accurately translated for the technical team.
• Support in Implementation:
  • Assist in the implementation of HR IT solutions, ensuring new features are efficiently integrated into existing systems.
• Coordination with International Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with the central team in Germany, as well as other HR and IT teams across various locations, fostering an intercultural and interdisciplinary working environment.
• Project Management Support:
  • Assist in organizing and monitoring different project phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of HR IT processes, proposing data-driven improvements and gathering feedback from involved teams.

Requirements

Education:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Previous experience in software development or HR systems is a plus.

Know-how:

• Proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of HR processes would be also a plus.

Languages:

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese; German language skills are a plus.

Working Style and Methods:

• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused with keen attention to detail.

Personality:

• Proactive, positive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
