You will be managing the global FX team at Zepz. The role will be responsible for developing and managing the firm's FX activities, opportunities and exposures globally. The role will be split between execution and developing an FX strategy.

As a member of FX team you will aim high, embrace challenge and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s overall business strategy.

What you bring to the table:

  • Emerging/Frontier market FX: experience working in the EM/Frontier market FX space with ideally a deep network in Africa
  • Impact: Proven track record in revenue generation in order to become a significant contributor to the business’ global P&L. You have a hunter instinct to maximise FX margins
  • Leadership/team: managing a global team across EMEA and APAC
  • FX & Banking Partnerships: Developing and maintaining relationships with banks and liquidity providers to ensure competitive FX pricing
  • Business Development: Working closely with Zepz’s Biz Dev team to drive existing and new business opportunities in FX
  • A keen strategic mind. You’ll be a thought leader for Zepz and help shape the future of our business through the development of thoughtful FX strategies that align with business objectives
  • Willingness to travel. When in doubt, we hop on a plane to get the deal done
