About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager with strong communication skills to join our crypto industry team. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, handle a full set of accounts, ensure compliance, and communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and reporting

• Prepare daily accounting operations specific to crypto transactions.
• Handle a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Develop and implement accounting policies tailored to cryptocurrency industry.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Quickly clarify issues and summarize key points to drive effective decision-making

Communication & Collaboration

• Clearly present financial insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data collection.

Strategic Planning

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and offer actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or experience in CPA firm is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance within the Financial Institution industry. Experience in Cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
