About the Role & Team

The design system team’s mission is to deliver an internal product that will make the lives of our designers and other engineers better. We are a unique team in the company in that we are comprised equally of designers and engineers across all front end platforms (web, native iOS, and native Android). Our design system is called Alley-oop and we are striving to build this tool from the ground up to help improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of life across the organization. The team is incredibly friendly, supportive, and committed to doing great things. Our team has built an incredibly inclusive and outgoing culture and your cultural fit is just as important as your technical prowess.

We are looking for an intermediate android engineer to help drive best practices both within our team as well as advocacy to the greater mobile community within the company. One of the company’s goals for this year is to show that we can start leveraging our design system to enable server driven UI across our applications. This position will provide the opportunity to make a significant impact across all engineering teams within the company.
