We will count on you to:

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, and Design Systems. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD is a significant advantage.
• Work with methodologies and processes such as Agile, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design
• Collaborate with both business users and technical teams, discussing technical concepts, and devising solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
• Detect design challenges and develop sophisticated solutions
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts
• Make strategic design and UX decisions for both core and new functionalities and features
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals
• Adhere to brand guidelines and utilizing UX/UI design patterns.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience working in UX/UI roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in application of UX trends, methodologies, and expert skill with UX tools
• Experience in UI component libraries and frameworks
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects and other technical achievements is crucial.
• English language fluency
