As a Salesforce Developer supporting the Salesforce Development team, you will be trusted to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions at our Mexico City location.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, addressing business challenges and ensuring seamless system integration.
• Developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
• Ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment, adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
• Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring that development tasks are completed on time and meet the requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
