Engineering Manager

Engineering Managers are instrumental to the success of our Engineering squads. Between responsibilities as a people leader and a technical problem-solver, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of what motivates and inspires great software engineers, be able to help with complicated technical challenges and work collaboratively with Product Managers to maximise the value we bring to our customers.

This role is to manage our Software Engineering Foundations squad. This squad is responsible for managing our developer tooling and core platform across AWS, Frontend, Backend, and mobile. You will collaborate closely with our Technical Product Manager and Senior Engineering Manager to support internal customers and drive major initiatives across Gousto Tech. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration and implement a platform-as-a-service model from team topologies to ensure we deliver impactful changes and value where it is needed most.
