The Senior Software Engineer will provide problem resolution for referred incidents. The role will typically be 50% incident management and 50% project/development work. The role will also provide administration and management of one or more technology solutions assigned to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide problem resolution for referred incidents from the Service Desk and other technology teams.
- Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, and collaboratively ensure team targets are met.
- Ensure all changes to Production systems are planned and approved in accordance with the Change Management process.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all documentation is always kept up to date.
- Development of specific processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- A 4-year Degree in a technology related discipline or equivalent knowledge from work experience.
- 3 or more years’ experience providing 2nd and/or 3rd line support in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshooting experience with service platform related technologies
- Ability to solve problems and work to tight deadlines while under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about technology.

- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

IMPORTANT INFO
This is a Hybrid position. Candidates must be able to come into the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. We have locations in Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, Deerfield, IL, New York, NY, and Portland, OR. There are no remote options for this position.
We are NOT working with Staffing Firms, Consulting Companies, or any other 3rd parties on this position.
