A&R Strategic Marketing Manager

The A&R and Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing both the A&R and strategic marketing approach within the company.

This role requires a deep understanding of the music industry locally and globally, strong talent scouting skills, sourcing music and strategic marketing acumen to drive the success of our artists and their music local/international.

The A&R and Strategic Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with global marketing teams, K-Pop A&R, artists, producers, local marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the development and promotion of high-quality music content including 360 and distribution.

What you'll do:

• Data analytic and marketing strategic thinking process to provide resources *local/global
• Analytic Presentation, Strategy memo for the partners and deal signing
• Collaborate closely with global marketing teams, K-Pop A&R, artists, producers, local marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the development and promotion of high-quality music content including 360 and distribution.
