Your Role
As a Senior Application Developer, you’ll be an essential part of our dynamic team, focusing on developing high-performance front-end applications for web and desktop in XR environments. You will:

• Design & develop sophisticated, user-centric applications with a focus on both robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement functional, seamless software solutions for LOB and immersive 3D environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and propose improvements to development processes.
• Work closely with backend, UI/UX, and process teams to create integrated, smooth user experiences.
• Stay on top of emerging front-end technologies and contribute to continuous innovation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in front-end (React.js, CSS, HTML) and back-end (Node.js) development
• Strong understanding of modern React.js workflows (Flux, Redux) and data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM)
• Familiarity with APIs (REST, GraphQL), JWT authentication, and structured logging
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical design decisions effectively
• Fluent in English (C1+)

Bonus Points

• Experience with Electron.js or NW.js for cross-platform desktop applications
• Knowledge of TailwindCSS, CI/CD systems, or UI Kits (e.g., charts, grids, hierarchies)
• Experience with 3D processing and libraries like Babylon.js or Three.js
