I ntroduction on the role:

As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus is ensuring every customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. This involves proactive engagement, a welcoming atmosphere, expert product knowledge, and attention to all aspects of customer service.

What will you do?

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers while actively identifying and fulfilling their needs with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • A drive to maximize in-store sales and contribute to achieving sales target, utilizing product knowledge, and staying informed about offers and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Maintain product expertise and stay updated about the latest offers and promotions to ensure customers receive accurate information and guidance.
  • Assist sales floor management, including stock organization and maintenance to create an organized working environment for customers.
  • Be proactive and take ownership of personal development and actively pursue opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • collaborate and contribute to the team performance by suggesting improvements in customer service and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prioritize customer needs by providing informative and helpful assistance, offering advice, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers.
  • Fulfill tasks with diligence and punctuality.
