Software HR Operations Project Manager

Job Description

Work Arrangement:

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren (MI) or Mountain View (CA) office three times per week, at minimum.

The Role:

As a member of the Software HR Operations team, you will deliver and continuously improve HR solutions that drive business outcomes. Key to success in this position will be the ability to lead projects and initiatives, analyze data and provide recommendations based on insights, comfortably navigate HR technology and systems, and maintain strong communication with HR Business Partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead HR projects and initiatives, including BAU activities such as Workplace of Choice (WoC), performance management processes, talent identification, and compensation planning
• Collaborate with Software HR leaders and stakeholders to identify project or program needs and objectives. Coordinate program implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Partner with HRBPs and CoEs to ensure program alignment with organizational goals
