GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Learning Solutions Developer is responsible for developing engaging learning solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. Develops learning elements across a variety of subject domains (e.g., onboarding, management & leadership skills, functional knowledge, advanced skills) that support employees and leaders as they orient to the organization, build core role proficiency, and advance their careers. Builds skills assessments, program evaluations and sustainment activities. Requires multimedia development skills, technical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Regularly researches and participates in forums to remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, making use of existing internal and external resources to remain informed and up to date.
