  • Building a library of frequently asked questions (FAQs) from prospects and partners to streamline responses to new inquiries.
  • Partnering with the sales team to engage prospective clients and understand their technical requirements.
  • Providing technical presentations, demonstrations, and customized solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure successful customer engagements, construct winning proposals, and facilitate smooth handoffs to the implementation team.
  • Defining and refining demonstration storyboards to best showcase product capabilities for various user groups.
  • Leveraging expertise to drive business process improvements.
  • Establishing and maintaining trusted-advisor relationships with prospect stakeholders by setting and managing expectations accurately and honestly.
  • Responding to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs with accurate and detailed information.
  • Staying current on industry and technology trends to enhance customer discussions and technical demonstrations.
  • Participating in regular development team standups to stay informed about upcoming product functionality.
