Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to spearhead the discovery and design of a new greenfield software product. In this role, you will lead workshops with key stakeholders and third-party vendors, establish design requirements, and ensure the product delivers a best-in-class user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling and intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Discovery & Research:
  • Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and user needs
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with external stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather insights, define project scope, and set clear design goals.
  • Establish a clear vision for the product's user experience, rooted in research findings and industry best practices.
• Design Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop a UX strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
