This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

What you will do:

• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 Administration: Install, Configure manage.
• Expert knowledge on Virtualization: VMWare, Microsoft System Center / HyperV Administration
• Expert Knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools. Including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment.
• Knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Power shell scripting and bash scripting.
• Working Knowledge of Active Directory and its components like group policies etc.
• Working Knowledge of ADFS, ADCS, PKI, ADSI, SSO and MFA.
• Working Knowledge on M365 and exchange online, exchange 2019.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems Cloud - Azure and AWS.
• Understand the Backup technologies.
• Anti-virus, Compliance / Patch management, Storage.
• Understand the Storage technologies.
• Should have worked on supporting an enterprise class Data Center.
• Hands on experience with physical server installation
• Familiarity with development, tools, languages, process, methods and troubleshooting of Microsoft Azure based solutions.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, MySQL would have added advantage.
• ITIL Process knowledge (Problem, Incident, Change Management)
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows Performance related Incidents across all Version of Windows OS
• Excellent knowledge on Windows components (Bios, Registry’s, CPU, Memory, DNS, DHCP etc).
• Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Production Server Performance issues (Sever Crash, No Boot, Memory leaks, Sluggish Server, Unresponsive Servers)
• Good knowledge on User Mode & Kernel Mode in Windows Environment
• Excellent knowledge of Registry keys in Windows Environment
• Excellent knowledge in Analyzing & Configuring Memory Dumps
• Good knowledge on Windows Operating System Architecture
• Should be good in troubleshooting Windows issues via CMD.
• Good knowledge on Sys Internal Tools from troubleshooting standpoint
• VMware(ESXi, vCenter, vSAN)
• VMware availability technologies – Site Recovery Manager, vMSC
• MS Windows Server / Hyper-V
• Linux – RHEL, SLES, CentOS, etc.
• Good knowledge on troubleshooting Windows Performance issues on Azure & AWS Platform
• Good Knowledge on identifying Hidden Process which cause Memory leaks using various tools.
• Perform Troubleshooting on Windows Performance issues.
• Troubleshoot Complex issues which may occur on Premise or Virtual Servers / Machines (Azure / VMware).
• Perform multi-tasking and handle High Volume and Complex cases.
• Do research on complex cases utilizing internal documents and knowledge base and apply fix for customers.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
• Familiarity with Azure security and compliance features.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Experience with source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.

What you will bring:

• BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent
• Certification on the latest track of Microsoft
• ITIL Certification.
• Minimum 7-9 Years of experience as system administrator in Microsoft Wintel Domain Should have strong scripting skills and experience of working with automation tools.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate business judgment, decision making skills, negotiating sklls, time-resource management, complex problem solving, in-depth product knowledge, creativity, teamwork, knowledge of quality processes, political astuteness and sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures and ability to learn quickly. Experience in interacting/Supporting Level 2 and Level 3 Support teams, customers and Transition managers.
• Must be a team player and show ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers.
