Be part of PDC-ACA team and get to create silicon analog layout blocks and Reticle Field Layout for GaAs/Gan Technology. Work closely with engineering teams around the globe on new innovative products of Aerospace and Defense Group .Have the opportunity to mentor new hires and can be part of development initiatives.
Key Qualifications
•Extensive analog block level layout experience
•Strong fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device physics, cross-section and construction
•Strong fundamental knowledge in layout principles, IC reliability and failure mechanisms
•Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools is an advantage
Education and Experience
•BS Electronics, Electrical Engineering
•At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Additional Requirements
•Strong communications skills, both oral and written
•Able to work and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional and global team
•Layout experience in any of the following areas is an advantage: RF Amplifiers, LNA, Phase shifter, inductors
•Layout experience in the following technology nodes is a plus: 45nm, 22nm and FINFET and GaAs and GaN technology
•Tape out and Reticle Field Layout experience is an advantage
