Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Head of Marketing and key internal stakeholders to promote Bordier UK and its services to help generate new leads/relationships and new business, support existing client and introducer relationships and ultimately increase assets under management.

Overall Responsibilities

• Content management
• Assist in the production, update and effective distribution of marketing material, including brochures, sales aids, presentations, proposals, DDQs and forms;
• Assist in the production, update and effective distribution of digital content, including social media posts, webpages, videos and podcasts;
• Monitor and update Bordier UK’s website and social media presence as well as any content hosted by third parties;
• Liaise with third-party designers, printers and website designers;
• Oversee and maintain stock of printed literature.

Public relations

• Collate and analyse media coverage;
• Monitoring of public inboxes;
• Assist in writing and reviewing awards submissions.

Sales management

• Monitor competitor activity;
