Supporting our wide business customer base on mobile solutions and Samsung Knox, as well as both mobile and compute product groups, you will be integral to our team.

You will act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries related to our diverse range of technical solutions and services. Your key responsibility will involve overseeing the administrative and technical aspects of these inquiries, ensuring that each customer, whether internal or external, departs with a profound sense of outstanding service. What will you be doing?

  • Support the implementation of new mobility and compute services for business clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of mobility and compute solutions.
  • Regular travel to customer and partner sites nationwide, with frequent visits to Samsung HQ in Chertsey and Leeds office.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, managing the mobility and compute services pipeline and forecasting workloads.
  • Foster and manage client relationships, addressing their mobility and computing needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with mobility and compute service providers to provide seamless support for client requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on the status of mobility and compute projects to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to monitor the availability of mobility and compute components and address any issues.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients in the mobility and compute sectors, ensuring a smooth integration into operational processes.
  • Coordinate the delivery of relevant materials or information to clients to enhance their experience with mobility and compute solutions
  • Attend office locations regularly for in-person collaboration and participation in training events related to mobility and compute services.

What are we looking for?

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of MDM Solutions, Android Enterprise, and mobility solutions, using technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Technical Proficiency in Compute Solutions: Demonstrate a solid understanding of compute products, including hardware and software.
  • Windows Expertise: Exhibit expertise in deploying and managing Windows-based environments.
  • Previous experience of managing, deploying or designing mobility/IT business solutions. Android Enterprise/Samsung Knox desirable.
  • Industry certification in Knox, Android Enterprise or IT Solutions are desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their mobility needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of mobility services.
  • Problem-solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changing technology landscapes and evolving client requirements in the dynamic field of mobility solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting client expectations and needs in the realm of mobility services.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyse data and information to make informed decisions regarding mobility solutions and improvements.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines.
