Global Supply Chain Planner & Developer

Walter is recruiting for a

Global Supply Chain Planner & Developer (m/f/d)

Location: Tübingen

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory, demand and supply planning monthly to meet agreed objectives (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, net working capital, Service, Costs)
• Main contact person for supply chain planning assortment for certain product group
• Optimize supply paths in collaboration with stakeholders in Walter and SMS
• Support the handling of our products’ life cycle, promotions and footprint changes
• Lead business improving projects and create analysis tools for decision-making

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Engineering, Economics or adjacent (min. BSc)
• Experience with ERP-Systems in SAP, especially IBP. Excel/PowerQuery/VBA (is a bonus)
• Ideally 2-3 years job experience within Supply Chain Planning
• Good knowledge of the English language, verbal & written
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Problem solving and issue resolution skills with an analytic mindset
• Ability to drive change management and develop an organization
• Experience in working in international teams incl. some travel activity
