Requirements

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by applying your expertise in programming languages such as Java, Selenium, Appium, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of test automation engineers to develop and maintain automated tests and frameworks.
• Creating and implementing a test automation strategy that aligns with the overall project goals and objectives.
• Ensuring the team is following the best practices and tools for test automation to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to prioritize test automation efforts and ensure timely delivery of test automation solutions.
• Conducting regular code reviews to ensure the quality of test automation code.
• Reporting on test automation progress and results to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Developing and maintaining automated tests using open-source test automation frameworks.
• Demonstrating strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to perform root cause analysis of the defects.
