Your role at Baxter:

As a Senior Engineer Porcess Engineer at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you'ill have the opportunity to proveide engineering work for the manufacturing plant for product development, introduction and validation of medica devices.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality standards at the lowest possible cost.
• Perform and deliver detailed analyzes of process data to establish situations and root causes.
• Prepare, review and keep updated operating procedures and manufacturing sequences in compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Control and optimize processes by making improvements using principles such as PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
• Identify, develop and implement preventive and corrective actions through the analysis of the main quality and manufacturing defects (DPM) and operational indicators (waste, efficiency, etc.)
• Carry out the implementation of appropriate changes in manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Participate in the development of new processes or products from the concept/design stages through introduction into manufacturing.
• Perform local engineering project activities and support divisional projects.
• Execute validations on process or product (FOC/COB).
• Owner of non-conformity investigations and audit elements, as applicable.

What you'll bring:

1. (5) years of experience in quality 2. Six Sigma Cetification or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Desirable) with project experience is transferable. 3. Advance level of English 4. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related to mechatronic, electronic engineering, etc...
