The Opportunity:

As a Senior Corporate IT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our endpoint and user administration strategy. You will be responsible for configuring and setting policies for FICO’s endpoints and users, partnering with Cyber Security to safeguard our IT systems, implementing Microsoft 365 configurations, and resolving escalated issues from our international user base. What You’ll Contribute:

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges related to the Microsoft technology stack, including M365, Entra/Azure, and MS Cybersecurity products.
  • Lead technical projects from design through implementation. Create solutions, train resources, and ensure operational excellence through monitoring and automation.
  • Configure and monitor Corporate IT systems, including Entra/Azure, Active Directory, Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Defender, and M365, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Work with IT teams, Cyber Security, Service Desk, and stakeholders to integrate and configure M365, Intune, and Azure with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures related to IT system administration and security protocols.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues related to M365, Azure, and Defender. Work assigned incidents to resolution.
  • Stay current with new technology and updates within M365 and associated technologies. Embrace a learning mindset and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments of Corporate IT systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Configure and maintain endpoint images and standard setups using MS Autopilot and manage standard software installation packages.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Extensive experience in an M365 IT Systems Engineer role or similar, with strong expertise in Entra/Azure and Microsoft Cybersecurity products.
  • Proficiency in Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory, Azure conditional access policies and other related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory & Group Policy, Endpoint Protection Suites, APIs, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Advanced experience with Cybersecurity practices and implementing CIS standards.
  • Proven experience in automating software and policy deployment, user provisioning, and scripting with PowerShell, VBScript, batch scripting, Python, and other languages.
  • Knowledge of VMWare, VDI administration, and Okta administration preferred. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
