Scope & Team

Our team is a strong believer that no business decisions should be taken without people data at hand. We love data and want others to love it too!

You would be based in Budapest working alongside SWP Analyst and People Analytics team (based in Budapest) and reporting to Workforce Planning Manager (based in UK).

  • Collaborate with HR/Finance teams to carry out variance analysis against previous BP/FC
  • Identify Risks & Opportunities during BP/FC and working jointly with Finance Controlling team adjust budgets as necessary based on changing business requirements.

Reporting and control of HC/LC actual:

  • Generate monthly reporting pack of AMIEO HC/LC to multiple stakeholders (global and regional reporting)

Main Challenges:

HR system (Workday) data quality is not 100% accurate. Finance systems (SAP) are not centralized and/or fully integrated into corporate BI tool. Planning processes are mostly manual.
