Client Usage Reports:
- Supporting the collation of client usage reports and responses to client queries relating to finance and/or usage
- Checking reports to ensure that calls and transcriptions are charged with the correct date, charge, tiering, and package
- Support on putting together Quarterly Business Review related documents and gathering data (working alongside the BI team)
Data input and maintenance:
- Monitoring data capture for project codes and leadership contacts on Intranet pages
- Collaborating with departments to ensure accurate and timely information is gathered
- Supporting Consulting teams in identifying accurate client information, including contact details
- Creation of financial reports for meetings using data visualisation
Finance:
- Collaborating with Finance to ensure client invoice totals match the exact number of calls conducted
- Responding to ad hoc invoice-related queries from clients
- Coordination of pricing changes
- Product and content reporting
- Creating reports for internal leadership to measure usage across call types, products and usage levels
