We are looking for a Director, Strategic Supply Chain Planning to join our team in one of our UPM Raflatac locations in the United States of America, Poland or China to lead strategic supply chain planning in UPM Raflatac.

We are looking for an energetic leader to join our newly formed Sourcing and Supply planning team. We are a global team of sourcing and planning professionals leading sourcing and supply management in UPM Raflatac. In your role you will lead strategic supply chain planning and coordinate Sales and Operations planning for UPM Raflatac and collaborate with a large global network of stakeholders and teams. What you will do

• Long-term supply network analysis, planning and optimization
• Risk landscape and scenario planning
• Global laminate flow opportunities planning and coordination
• Offer efficiency and product portfolio optimization together with Markets teams
• Sales and Operations planning process facilitation
• Contribution in the overall UPM Raflatac supply chain strategy and development

Who you are

• You have a university degree with minimum 10 years of senior experience in supply chain management in a global environment
• You have an analytical mindset and capability to see the big picture while understanding also details
• You have global business understanding and acumen, strategic thinking, strategy creation and implementation capabilities
• You have a good understanding of global trade processes
• You have experience in leading sales and operations planning and scenario planning processes
• You have great communication, collaboration, influencing skills
• You have excellent networking capabilities and ability to work in a matrix organisation

Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
