Identify and Drive productivity Improvement Projects for BE Assy to meet the yearly 6% goal

*Opportunity to further improve current manning ratio for all Backend processes through reduction of manual processes and working with eqp/process teams to incorporate more automation to replace relying on human labor such on bar coding approaches

*Increasing efficiency by working on ideal lot size to machine ratio and manning ratio

*To improve operators BF by reducing redundant documentation activities or processes

Drive for CT improvement

*Structured tool that can be used to execute WIP movement to meet CT and SA goals

Focused person to work on Direct Material inventory and wastage management to help on factory level OM savings

*Need structured projects focus more to identify wastage reduction opportunities for DM usage

*New NPI’s coming in need to ensure correct loss factors of piece parts are declared up front to ensure no BOM adjustment needed after HVM started as previously experienced

Drive Zero low tech programs for BE Assy

*Come out with structured Audit (Gemba) programs for Supervisors to focus on operators compliance

*Come out with poke yoke solutions for low tech issue

*Work closely with process team on proper SWE for operators to comply to ensure no quality issues.

*Drive DL participation in Stop and Fix and QCC projects

Provide details investigation on issue related to Manufacturing

Work on Layout, LBC and Peripheral tools

*Work with IE, Equipment and Process team on production line layout improvement for increased the human efficiency and WPO improvement

*Involve in layout for new machine arrangement

*New machine LBC validation before HVM

*Work on peripheral tools needed for production and its control system

Lead and Drive For Quality Improvement Event

*Thru QCC and Microstep

REQUIREMENT

Degree in any Technical/Engineering (added advantage with IT & Power BI knowledge)
