As a Strategic Sales Analyst, you will join the Sales Operations team within our Airports Solutions Business Unit. This is a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our long-term sales strategy for Airports**.** This position provides the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to identify trends, assess market opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations to propel our business forward.

What You Will Do:

  • You will work in a H ybrid capacity which requires 3 days onsite at our Singapore site locations.
  • You will monitor and evaluate sales performance and understand how KPIs impact the business.
  • You will conduct in-depth research and analysis of sales trends, competitor activity, win/loss and industry dynamics.
  • You will translate complex data sets into clear and concise insights for a variety of stakeholders.
  • You will participate in the development of strategic initiatives and action plans.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather information and share insights.
  • You will support internal executives, the global sales team and the sales ops team with detailed visibility into business performance.
  • You will assume partial ownership and data stewardship in maintaining data accuracy.
  • You will leverage data analysis tools (tableau, excel, CRM analytics etc.) to build, generate and analyze reports and interpret results to drive decision making.
  • You will prepare compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience using data analysis tools and techniques
  • Prior experience in strategic consulting

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • MBA, Marketing or Finance Degree and prior experience in a market analyst, business analyst, sales or corporate strategy role
  • Prior experience building presentations in order to communicate findings and recommendation to senior management
  • Prior experience working with and across multiple teams in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
