The Opportunity

We are looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join our Survey Design team, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping the survey design experience in our Engagement product. Our survey designer enables companies across the globe to intuitively build science-backed surveys and support leaders in taking meaningful action to create a better world of work for millions of employees. The team will focus on key initiatives like building a centralised library of curated questions to unlock the next step of data analytics in Culture Amp and revamp the survey design experience to improve the quality of our surveys.

You will:

• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems.
• Work across the engineering stack to build and maintain product features.
• Create clean, scaleable, testable solutions using technologies like Kotlin, Ruby, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

You have:

• Experience with programming fundamentals, software engineering principles, and testing strategies.
• Experience or interest in Kotlin, Ruby, Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS.
• An interest in full stack engineering.
