Product Engineer

Your role:

• Updating and improving Aptiv products by adjustments of design and tooling
• Analyzing dimensional reports of parts from new tools
• Coordinating tests and analyzing results of product validation
• Updating product documentation according to CAD data standards
• Creating Lessons Learned documentation
• Planning and prioritizing tasks
• Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods
• Continuous updating knowledge of products and design tools
• Cooperation with all Aptiv plants and technical centers
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with EOS
• Constant and systematic improving of professional qualifications
• Protecting confidential information and company’s property

Your background:

• MSc degree in Engineering (mechanical or related)
• Knowledge of silicon and plastic injection molding technologies used in industry preferred
• Microsoft Office and CAD software knowledge
• Knowledge of dimensioning and geometrical tolerances GD&T preferred
• Technical problem solving skills
• Communication and team-work skills
• Honesty with clients
• Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
