As a Test Solutions Engineering, SDET at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for the developing the efficient and reliable code for testing and debugging of die/wafer/packaged products for the functionality & reliability test of sophisticated semiconductor memory devices such as NAND, mNAND, DRAM. You are responsible to innovate, build effective processes and systems for overall Micron Development Engineering in Test & Assembly manufacturing unit thereby driving Best-in-Class Quality.
