Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit content for various marketing materials, including flyers, ads, practice area pages, brochures, and web content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather information and develop content ideas.
- Ensures all marketing materials adhere to the firm’s established writing style guidelines.
- Create promotional content for firm events, webinars, and conferences, such as email invitations, web posts, and print materials.
- Assist in managing the awards and rankings process, including monitoring deadlines, and drafting or overseeing submissions.
- Draft engaging content for the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), maintaining a consistent voice and brand presence.
- Coordinate and maintain content calendar with scheduled posts, campaigns, and firm announcements.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure social media visuals align with drafted content
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role within a law firm
- Live on the West Coast
