Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Business Analytics Manager and works closely with functional leaders across the organization to support key deliverables
• Design, build, and maintain published Tableau extracts and dashboards that all business orginzations will utilise
• Contribute to reporting and ad-hoc data requests from various business stakeholders
• Investigate data trends and anomalies within product and user flows and report back to key stakeholders
• Understand requirements, goals, priorities, and communicate to the stakeholders on progress toward analytical goals
• Ability to ensure outputs are on time and target
• Lead data and reporting-related demonstrations or training for internal and external teams
