The Strategic Projects team sits in the Insurance Programs Operations (IPO) business unit of ISO. We are mainly responsible for maintaining the ratemaking systems used by our actuaries to produce advisory loss costs, and leading and contributing to highly visible, matrixed projects to both enhance and develop exciting new products and processes.
As a Lead Business Analyst on the Strategic Projects team, you will be responsible for leading ongoing operations support processes and improvement/enhancement projects on those processes, project managing cross-team initiatives, and supporting the Director in reporting and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple ongoing BAU processes that are staffed by our Process Improvement team in Krakow
- Develop, own, and maintain project plans and roadmaps for new and ongoing projects, including maintaining tasks using JIRA, meeting regularly with team members to check in on progress, leading the resolution of any bugs or issues, and managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
