Quality System Engineer

• Perform VDA 6.3 Process Audits.
• Quality System Update: Support update BBM - SlpP Process Compas; Editorial team member.
• Perform CQI-15 Welding and CQI-23 Molding (Customer Requirements Audits).
• Coordinate Layered Process Audits (LPA) in the plant.
• Coordinate Lessons Learned in the plant.

Requirements

• VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certified by QMC in Aguascalientes or Volkswagen Institute in Puebla.
• Updated qualification in 2023 (It was updated the VDA 6.3 requirement).
• English skills to communicate: Verbal (face to face, phone) and writing official reports.
• Work in teams as Leader and Team Member.
• Skills and experience to audit or present report to Plant Steering Committee (Directors level).
• Participate / Coordinate in Corporate Quality System Audits.
• Participate and Communicate with Sister Plants for Process Auditor and Quality System improvements.
