Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week.

DNV Sales Operations Analyst

What you will do/Responsibilities:

  • Provide the sales organization with tools, data, and resources to enable the team they support to drive the business. May be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The Sales Operations team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

Responsabilites:

  • Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
  • Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
  • Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
  • Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
  • Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Experience: +3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Office: Advanced Level, specifically Excel.
  • English: Advanced Level.
  • Availability to work in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be valued.
