Engineering Intern

The Engineering department managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required standards. Ensuring that all engineering activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update engineering departments files and general paperwork.
• Coordinate project management activities with vendor/supplier and other duties as assigned.
• Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, data entry, capex, Invoice/DO matching for GRN and record of payment advice, follow-up to payment stage of related invoices.
• Follow up and request for quotation from vendors.
• Internship period must be minimum of 3 months, 6 months and above preferred.
