What You Will Do:

Provides development of project Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.

Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software and hardware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.
-
Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
-
Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
-
Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment for various IT projects.
-
Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II and may supervise others.
What You Will Need:

Bachelorโs Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
-
Strong collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
-
Multi-tasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting stringent deadlines.
-
Excellent communication skills and team player.
-
Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen
-
Ability to obtain a Tier 2 (T2) clearance.

Common Access Card (CAC) eligible
What Would Be Nice To Have:
-
Master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, computer science, mathematics, or related field

Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau
-
Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL and Excel
-
Current knowledge of data mining tools and techniques
-
Experience in the DHA
-
Section 508 Compliance Testing experience The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
