What You Will Do:

  • Provides development of project Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.

  • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software and hardware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.

  • Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.

  • Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment for various IT projects.

  • Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II and may supervise others.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong collaboration skills at all organizational levels.

  • Multi-tasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting stringent deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and team player.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Ability to obtain a Tier 2 (T2) clearance.

  • Common Access Card (CAC) eligible

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, computer science, mathematics, or related field

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau

  • Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL and Excel

  • Current knowledge of data mining tools and techniques

  • Experience in the DHA

  • Section 508 Compliance Testing experience The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
