Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical topics in a Production Environment.
• Contributes to the capitalization and the experience feedback from the production line
• Contributes to the development of skills and competencies and associated training sessions within Manufacturing Engineering function
• Ensure the products manufactured are compliant with the Configuration, Process and Quality requirements
• Identify the root cause of all quality/process issues by performing 8D analysis and maintaining all failure analysis databases
• Perform analysis on First Pass Yield and Customer Returns to continuously improve product performance
• Participate in Customer and Regulatory Audits
• Interface with Design Authority in France on Product Evolutions or technical issues
• Prepare and present reports on product performance to Management on a regular basis
• Managing FAI planning, prepare FAI report for internal and review supplier FAI
• Managing Engineering Change Order(ECO) activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experienced working in a similar role, especially in Aerospace industry will be advantageous
• Strong Mechanical/Electrical knowledge and analytical skills
• May be required to be travel overseas if there's a need

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
