Junior Salesforce Developer

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will work alongside senior developers and administrators to design, implement, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for developing new functionality, automating business processes, and enhancing the overall system efficiency using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Components.

• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Participate in the customization, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce features, including triggers, batches, and custom UI/UX.

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, maintain system security, and ensure optimal performance of Salesforce applications.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.

• Assist in testing new features and functionality as part of release management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Advanced English Level (B2) being familiar with American clients and teams

Experience of 3+ years working with:

• Salesforce development environments (Apex, and Lightning Web Components).
• Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules)
• Salesforce configuration, security, and user permissions.
• Object-oriented programming concepts and relational databases (e.g., SQL, SOQL).
• Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Agile development practices and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or working towards it.
• Experience with CD/CI development tools like Gearset or Copado.
• Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (profiles, roles, user management).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pricing model, including Account, Opportunity, Quote, Quote Line Item, Contract, Pricebook, and Pricebook Entries.
