Job Description

You will be mapping and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Additionally, you will supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics), analyze performance data, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and conduction of training programs and support in the management of organizational changes.

Responsibilities:

• Map and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

• Monitor critical metrics and analyze performance data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Develop and conduct training programs to improve operational excellence.

• Support the management of organizational changes.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational excellence.

• Advanced knowledge in methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in leading projects and training teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Confirmed experience in process improvement and operational excellence, ideally with a focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge in data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead projects and train teams.

• Ability to adapt to change and support organizational changes.
