We are looking for a Software Development Engineering I who will

• Being Escalation point for tier 1 support, giving more in-depth technical support level
• Troubleshooting complex problems and incidents while providing workarounds as temporary solution
• Work independently and collaboratively in a creative and agile team
• Work with a global team on an award-winning software product
• Design, develop continuously deploy solutions and new product features for our customers
• Contribute ideas to the product design and architecture
• Continuously improve technologies and processes with support from seniors and architects

• Creative person with awesome troubleshooting and analyzing skill
• Great attention to details
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent English communication
• 2+ years software development & troubleshooting experience .
• Software development experience in Java
• Desirable - Knowledge of common integration technologies (GraphQL, Kafka, REST, SOAP, JMS etc.)
• SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc)
• Desirable - Knowledge of Design Patterns and UML
• For this position we will consider applicants of any experience level (as long as you meet the above criteria), and adjust pay accordingly
• High performance PostgreSQL – SQL PL/PGSQL
• Cutting-edge integration technologies – Kafka, GraphQL
• Business Process Management and Rules libraries (Activiti, Drools, etc)
• Docker microservices Docker Swarm orchestration
• High performance Highly available architectures, data structures and algorithms
• Training in Telecommunications and Service Provider Domain
