Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database development and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality solutions. The Oracle Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing database solutions that meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions based on business requirements.
• Optimize and maintain existing database structures to ensure optimal performance.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in queries and database processes.
• Create and maintain database models to ensure the integrity and consistency of data
• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement data models that align with business needs.
• Plan and execute data migration processes between different database environments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration activities.
• Diagnose and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of database designs, processes, and procedures.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the database environment.
• Implement and enforce database security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Oracle database development and administration.

• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.

• Ability to design and implement effective data models.

• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL.

• Experience in optimizing database performance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Preferred proven work experience as an Oracle Developer or similar role.
