We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team, Femia.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Creatives Motion Designer to join our team and contribute to the creative development of marketing materials for our new Fem Health app. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing video content to promote the app across various social platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram.

If you have a passion for creating visually compelling video content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of global design trends, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating video creatives to effectively promote the app on social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into visually engaging assets
• Analyzing competitors' ads and social media content to stay updated on worldwide marketing design trends

Professional Requirements::

• Professional education or completed motion design courses
• Solid understanding of visual and motion design principles, including animation principles, composition, typography, and color theory
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Media Encoder
• Experience with AI generative videos and graphics
• Basics in Figma, Photoshop
• Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly from concept to execution
• Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Work experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with creating SMM creatives
• Understanding of marketing metrics
