- Work as a contact window/leader/coordinator for the factory with field team (including FAE, AE, Sales etc.) to handle customer issues, customer inquiries and customer reports.
- Work as a leader in the factory to handle all customer audits, visits and conf. calls.
- Work as a coordinator in the factory to handle RMA cases till closure.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of related experience in CQE.
- Hands on experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry.
- Hands on experience and knowledge in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO System Auditor is an advantage.
- Good experiences in Quality System Management, QA Engineering and QA Audit is an advantage.
- Visionary, aggressive, objective minded and results oriented.
- Systematic with good problem solving, statistical analyst and project management skills.
- The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, must have excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced but limited resource environment.
- Good leadership, good communication skill, be able to interact with all levels of employee and stakeholder.
- Good team player.
- Be fluent in English.
