Our People Data Specialist - Employee Voice will facilitate digital listening across the employee life cycle by administering our employee engagement tools and translating design requirements into live surveys and insightful/actionable dashboards. You will work closely with your People and Talent Analytics team partners, as well as cross functionally with key People Team stakeholders and managers across the business.

• Clean data and maintain data hygiene in our engagement tools
• Build surveys with complex rules and workflows in Qualtrics
• Create compelling dashboards and reports in Qualtrics that meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders
• Design ad-hoc reports to solve unique business questions combining employee voice data from surveys with people data from our other core systems
