The Value Management will be organized in two teams, the Pitch&Tracking team and the so-called Operations team. We are searching members for the new Operations team, which is planned as a team with a local Group Head and four employees, two of them being PGD.

In your function, you collect, check, approve and deliver the needed data (numbers, figures, prices etc.) to fill in various internal and external templates and tools for those both aims for several of our actual clients. This is mainly based on Excel but will be more and more automated so you will have to work with BI Tools, Dashboards etc. in the future.

    • in setting up the pitch decision by collecting the required data (e.g. prices for media placements, inflation, budgets/billings, media mix etc.), checking the figures (e.g. via benchmarking), approve the received input, filling in templates etc. as well as
    • collecting, checking and processing data to standardized forms so it can be used for the reportings and trackings of our clients guarantee related key KPIs to identify and avoid penalties or underdeliveries at an early stage
  • To achieve this, you will have to actively and responsibly collect information from various sources (colleagues, internal systems such as Andvari, pitch documents, etc.)
  • Your daily business includes the reporting, fill-in, analysis and monitoring of previously defined numbers, figures, KPIs in the pitch decision template and the tracking templates
  • If detected, report issues, errors, inconsistencies to the local managers
  • Ideas to optimize the tools and templates are welcome

Quality assurance and supervision of the work results before delivering it to the local value managers in the Pitch&Tracking team is crucial!!!
