Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

As a Lead UX Designer on our monetization and growth team, you will be a creative leader for our collaborative, customer-obsessed group of designers working to deliver innovative, intuitive user experiences and drive GoDaddy’s global growth.

You will be a driving force behind the optimization of our software subscriptions, demonstrating experimentation design to propel conversion rates and revenue growth. Day-to-day, you’ll forge alignment with partners in product, content, and engineering to create user experiences for subscriptions, enabling customers to build their businesses with GoDaddy.

This role focuses on monetization, growth, merchandizing design, and optimizing content for conversion. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, has a strong visual portfolio, and excels at designing beautiful merchandizing experiences. What you'll get to do...

  • Lead, define, and orchestrate strategic frameworks for both new and existing solutions spanning multiple product areas and experiences
  • Guide strategic discussions, brainstorming sessions, and framework and design reviews within teams
  • Contribute to a broad range of projects or specialize to yield for high impact
  • Present a point of view, summarizing rationale, decisions, and impact, including analytics, insights, and the rationale for proposed next steps
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing tools that contribute data to shape the optimal customer experience

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in merchandising software or related field
  • Stunning visual work and a digital portfolio showcasing beautiful, compelling end-to-end experiences and merchandising design
  • Proven expertise in Figma and other relevant design tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong storytelling ability and stakeholder management

You might also have...

  • A background in user research
  • A business background, understanding fundamentals in business growth and revenue
