KPI Analyst Intern - Supply Chain Software

We are now looking for a full time KPI Analyst Intern for Summer 2025 to join our RELEX family in Atlanta, GA. You’ll join the Professional Services team of 100+ people, who will help you succeed in your new role. You will review, analyze, and capture RELEX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Must be located in the metro-Atlanta area.

Job Overview:

As a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the performance management team by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to the supply chain ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including projects, customer success, and data analytics, to track, report, and refine KPIs, helping drive process improvements and strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of supply chain management and technology, while contributing to the success of a cutting-edge software company.

Join us as a KPI Analyst Intern, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

• Analyze and track supply chain performance metrics and KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, order accuracy, and Availability %.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports for internal teams and customers, visualizing KPIs within the RELEX software
• Collaborate with the project and customer success teams to collect and validate KPI data, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support in developing KPI documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and KPI performance to leadership and clients.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand supply chain workflows, data flow, and software performance.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, preferably using Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of key supply chain concepts (e.g., logistics, procurement, inventory management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking methodologies and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to work independently.
